Welcome to Total Pest Management. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These services are offered by TOTAL PEST MANAGEMENT INC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, request service, or consent to receive text messages from us.

Services

Total Pest Management provides residential and commercial pest control services in Modesto and the surrounding Central Valley, including inspection, treatment, and ongoing pest management. Results depend on the condition of the property, the pest involved, and your cooperation with our preparation and follow-up instructions. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome except as stated in a written service agreement.

Appointments and Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call (209) 289-5600 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific. Closed Saturday and Sunday.) to manage your appointment.

SMS Terms — Total Pest Management

• Program description: Total Pest Management sends appointment reminders, service confirmations, account notifications, and promotional offers via SMS to customers who have opted in. Message frequency: approximately 2–4 messages per month.
• Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you receive messages from.
• Opt-out confirmation: Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
• Re-join instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.
• Help: Reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or (209) 289-5600.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the areas requiring treatment and to follow the preparation and re-entry instructions we provide. Failure to follow those instructions may reduce the effectiveness of treatment and may require an additional service visit.

Limitation of Liability

TOTAL PEST MANAGEMENT INC and its personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
